Called about a listing and was informed there was an offer on it..but it was not marked contingent ,offer pending or anything...a listing should be marked so you don't waste prospective buyers time and getting their hopes up that they might have a chance at buying the home that is for sale..poor excuse of saying we don't like to do that if the deal falls thru..all you do is relist or say back on the market again..very unprofessional.

It seemed like every home we wanted was already "gone" before we even got a chance to look at it. Then, we went to Janet Haugen of Haugen Realty, and she actually took time from her busy schedule to make SURE we were able to look at homes before they sold.
