I worked for this company for 5 years, after 6 months they put me as a supervisor, i was super dedicated to my position and my job.i was always taking care of that account, i was always covering or looking for guards when other didn’t showed up.But alex perez wont care about you. What he did to me wasn't right,unprofesional (i can’t explain everything here)this is just to let everyone know that there is better companies that pays better and they will treat you like we deserve..

Dispatch operater Moniqie is very COMBATIVE and RUDE. The most unprofessional I've ever experienced. They are aware and have several complaints on her. No changes made. She's an embarrassment, especially for women. Also, horrible experience for me due to having an emergency and didn't even know that I was terminated for it. Berice said everything was OK and he'd call. They then said they were looking for a post and then a few days later they were telling me I was inactive. They didn't even know why. They had to research and tell me to call Berice. Come to find Berice did my unknown termination

I have been working for FPI for 3 years. I must say this company is the best to work for in south Florida. FPI gets the best event contracts and post contracts. President Mr. Perez and his supervisors Captin Berice and Captain Peter are very friendly and willing to assist you with any help you may need. They also work well with students schedules. I work for this company just a short period of time and sorry but I had to move on. I felt right @ home at FPI Security and especially having to a military veteran we feel the need to have a solid place work and especially with whom we have to work for!!! I have been an employee for 11 years. We are a family of many ethnic groups. We have African American as the Captain and supervisors, we also have Anglo Americans as supervisors, we also have Hispanics as supervisors.
We also have a diversity of ethnic groups as Security Officers that do an outstanding job day in and day out. These officers are recognized and promoted with in. Unfortunately we also have a few people that come in to the company thinking they are entitled and the rules and regulations do not apply to them.
