Our company is owned and operated by professionals with a combined 20 years of healthcare experience in Emergency Medical Services, Nursing and Trauma Surgery. We have cared for hundreds of patients that have been saved, or COULD have been saved from severe injury or illness with the help of a medical alert device.

My mother is 89 and still lives alone. Its starting to get difficult for her to get up and down stairs and her balance is not the best. Us three kids decided that it would be a good idea for her to have a medical alert device for her own safety as well as us knowing that if anything happened help would be on the way asap. After reviewing the options out there we decided on Island Medical Alert and couldn't be more pleased. Michael came to my moms house to set up and demonstrate how the device works. My mom had a Medical Alert System installed by Island Medical and to date have been very satisfied with the service. Mike took time to come to the house and explain and install the device for my mom. He is very knowledgeable and personable and as an EMT he knows the business first hand. I felt it was better to use a local business for this service and I wasn't disappointed. Five stars for Island Medical Alert Systems.
