The appointment to measure my basement for drywall install and texturing went well. The bid came in the next day as an estimate with the email in letter form stating 1/2 drywall installation and what they wouldn't cover. Ending please call with any questions. I wrote back with questions concerning the bid; if it included 5/8 for fire rating, Dura rock for the large bathroom shower and around the fireplace floor to ceiling, when can you start, when would it be finished, and if I could have it in a bid format instead of signing a paragraph accepting the estimate. I was interested in this company bc they job in my neighborhood. They came over and walked though my house to remove popcorn ceiling and do some texturizing. At the time the estimator said he would send me an estimate by Friday. Called Friday, he said their office manager who writes up the estimates was in the billing cycle so I said, "no problem I'll call back middle of next week". Called back Wednesday of the following week spoke with the office manager who said she would have the estimate after the estimator was done unloading some materials. I've yet to receive anything

Our builder used this company for the drywall in our home. This company is extremely unreliable. They held up other contractors because they would disappear for weeks up to a month. They treated our home as if it were a trash dump. Despite the fact that we had garbage cans in our home, everyday they just threw their lunch garbage all over our floor. Seriously, we had dripped sauces all over our floors, apple cores, half eaten burritos, empty beverage bottles, etc. on our floors and in our windowsills. They also textured and charged us for areas that we had previously discussed would be covered
