The Mean Green Carpet Clean provides the highest quality of cleaning with the lowest possible environmental impact. We are a family-owned and operated business based in Silver Spring, Maryland serving the DMV area. At The Mean Green Carpet Clean, we invest in the best cleaning technologies to deliver great results with minimal environmental impact.
Any deep cleaning includes all of our pre-sprays, which help to liquefy any set-in stains or embedded dirt and bring them to the carpet's surface - making them easier to wipe away. Our technicians then go over the floor with a hard-bristled rotary brush to further break up any stubborn spots before a final pass over with a bonnet pad.
Whenever possible, The Mean Green Carpet Clean uses products that are certified green by non-affiliated institutions like the US Environmental Protection Agency, Greenguard Indoor Air Quality, or EcoLogo to name a few. We also employ products that are certified for safe use on wool carpeting and rugs by the Woolsafe Organisation.

It went very well. They were thorough and fast. They let me know exactly when they would arrive and were extremely professional, and got to work right away. Mike was extremely respectful of my home and everything in it! Carpets look brand new!

The Mean Green Carpet Clean cleaned my beige rugs right before Christmas. My carpet is old and hadn't been cleaned for many years. They did a fantastic job. They restored the carpet to it's texture and color. The high traffic parts were indistinguishable from the rest of the carpet.
They were very thorough and didn't leave a trace.

Had The Mean Green Carpet Clean come to clean my fully carpeted apartment prior to my move-out in the hope of securing as much of my deposit back as possible. They did a FANTASTIC job! They went over the carpet repeatedly in high traffic areas and honestly the carpet looks better now than when we moved in 3 years ago. I had hesitated on having Mean Green Carpet Clean come initially as they had cleaned parts of the apartment a year ago and I hadn't been impressed with the service. I had a horrible mess on the rugs in my two bedrooms from my dog being very sick. It happened late on a Friday and I wasn't able to call anyone to clean it until Monday - so it was a couple of days. Vaughan and Tim showed up on Tuesday and explained that they would do their best but couldn't guarantee that it would be perfect or "good as new" due to the time that had passed and also I had tried to treat the rugs myself and used the wrong cleaner. Happily, despite everything I did wrong, they were able to get the carpets looking "good as new". I'm very happy with their service and highly recommend

I almost cannot describe how pleased I am with the carpet cleaning I got today. We bought the wrong litter brand for our cats and they retaliated with a vengeance. The deep cleaning, sanitizing and deodorizing was effective and quick and all of the stains in the carpet were removed! That no harsh chemicals were used is definitely a bonus as I have both children and pets.
Rav was pleasant, thorough and responsive. He called during my 12-2 window to let me know approximately when he'd arrive.

Raphael came right on time with a 20 minute prior call to let me know.
He was very thorough in explaining each option that I had (Regular/Deep Clean/Super Blasting Magic Clean). He didn't try to upsell me any products that I didn't need though. Went with the Deep Clean and everything looks and smells amazing.
Took about an hour with 2 floors and some stairs in my townhouse.
Would definitely use again in the future.
