Before buying the Groupon , called the business and spoke to Charles and asked if he would be willing to offer the service for the Groupon discount price - he curtly stated that the Groupon should not be there and the service would cost $195. I asked if I bought the Groupon today , it would cost me an additional $20 for the Air Duct Cleaning Service , he stated , I am not allowed to buy the Groupon - since when does a business have the right to make an order for a discount that is already out and available ? The conversation was discontinued after that.
