Secrete has been my go to watch shop since I've moved to DC. Their Dupont Circle stop is a block away from the metro station, super convenient. They have a great selection and great prices. It's the best customer service I've experienced from any jewelry store. Each staff member has an extremely high level of knowledge and truly takes their time with each customer. Highly recommend this store for all your jewelry needs.

I needed some help figuring out how to adjust the clasp on my mesh watch band, and I was helped right away. The person who helped me explained what they were doing, and adjusted the band for me. And no charge! I'll certainly be coming back next time I have a battery that needs replacing or a jewelry question.

Secrets is my "go to" jewelry store. Over the last few years I have purchased jewelry from the Wildwood store in Bethesda. But also have had a couple of custom pieces made. Their jeweler makes beautiful pieces that I enjoy wearing and mean a great deal to me. I highly recommend Secrets for their beautiful selection of merchandise and their wonderful customer service.

I have not purchased anything yet, but I stress yet. I stopped by to see if someone could help remove a few sections of my watch to make it fit. Mari was super helpful, and was able to assist quickly. They didn't even charge me. Great customer service, friendly people, and a business that just makes you feel good is becoming rarer to find. Secreté gave me quality service to resize both my engagement and wedding band. The store employee are very efficient and I had no problems with the resizing process! My rings are very unique and I felt like they were in good hands! This is also the place to go if you want some custom-designed jewelry.

Secrète did a fantastic job resizing my grandmothers wedding band. I needed to size up pretty decently and was worried about the process ruining the ring. Not only did Secrète do a great job of sizing it up, but they managed to keep the engraving on the inside of the ring, which I hadn't been able to see before they cleaned it! They were quick and communicative, and the process overall was really easy, which is not something I have been able to say a lot during COVID. Huge kudos to them - would definitely go back.

Mari helped us find the perfect Junghans watch for a special occasion. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. This brand is very hard to find in the US and they really have a large selection.
Priced some other watches as well and all the prices were very fair. Most dealers will inflate asking price and hope you don't know better - then you have to negotiate down to a fair price and it's a hassle. These guys just quite a fair price up front, a real breath of fresh air.

Loved my experience at Secrete today - extremely courteous and professional staff that take care of a well kept, clean store in a convenient location.
I had multiple watch batteries replaced as well as a pin fixed for a divers watch - everything was finished in about 15 minutes and very well done!
Will be back when my necklace breaks...yet again.
