Mr. Anderson is one of the nicest guys around, and 1000% professional and willing to help any way he can. He told me upfront what the cost would be, no other hidden costs like some shops have charged me, was quick and easy to work with, has a contactless procedure set up for the pandemic, and he kept me updated every step of the way, would highly recommend, as I myself will definitely be going back.

Mr. Richard is incredible! I live in Dayton and couldn’t wait weeks for Dell or BestBuy to fix my computer screen, which had a tiny dent that completely ruined it. I reached out, and he responded very quickly. He searched for the best price and found a screen on eBay. I was hesitant to send him money, but I didn’t have a choice. I trusted God had me. So I sent him the money, and he bought the screen for delivery in two days. He sent screenshots all along the way, and even did a “text” contract saying that he was using this money for my computer purposes. A few days later, I dropped my computer

I had the best experience with Cincinnati PC Repair LLC. I found a post on NextDoor from a very satisfied customer so decided to try the company. I have a computer that went out a couple years ago and I wasn’t able to play my favorite game on the new one so I called CPR and spoke with the owner. He was very professional and fast. I took my computer to him to check it out on Thursday afternoon and it was ready for pickup on Saturday. Awesome. The price was better than I expected, actually the entire experience was better than expected. The entire transaction was contactless with good communication

Richard was amazing to work with! He was very responsive and was great at explaining what work needed to be done to fix our laptop. He fixed the computer in a very timely manner and at a very reasonable price, and the computer now runs great! We will definitely return to him the next time we have computer issues.

Richard does no contact. He opens up his garage door, everything is done in the garage. He did a perfect job fixing my screw up with RAID. It is normally used in a server. He is not one of these reset my computer and charge me for unnecessary work.
He had to fix my BIOS. I cleared a section, or a TPM Module. Richard knows what he is doing, just by taking with him, Well knowledgeable of all aspects.
