About Us Report

Owner, Mark Ottley, started Mid Kansas Auto Auction in 2005. Located in Hays Kansas, the auto auction was able to cater to clients all over the mid-west, we were able to do this because of our close proximity to I-70 which is a main artery for travel going east and west. After over 13 years of operation there, we made the decision to expand to the Wichita area and begin serving clients to our north and south since we are adjacent to I-35.

Very family oriented but some of the management are not very personable and act like they are better than others. House is an amazing boss Tony could lighten up a bit and not take everything so seriously

Hands down the best dealer auction in the Midwest. I've been a patron for nearly two decades, the prior owners had nothing compared to these guys. Family owned and operated. Very personal yet incredibly professional! They've brought to the Midwest what untold numbers of us local dealers have driven to multiple states, week after week year after year, just to buy what has now become a local resource for small businesses.

They are not standing behind a vehicle I bought on a green light, and also purchased a psi that they claimed passed, and I get the vehicle to my place and it won’t run at all, turns out it needs a motor, and I can’t even get a call back!!! Horrible customer service! “UPDATE””UPDATE””UPDATE! the issue was handled, the guys have completely taken care of my issue I was having, I’ve spoke with Trevor, David and Tony, and they were very professional, and I am 100% satisfied with this facility and the staff, thanks guys, we’ll see ya soon, I plan on doing a whole lot of more business
