We (Mitchell Design Build) switched our company's payroll over to Alliance about a year ago and we couldn't possibly be any happier with the decision. Alliance has been incredibly responsive to our needs, so much so that we asked them what else they could handle for us in year two! They provide all of the options of a large payroll company but with the personal touch you can't get from the larger companies. 100% would suggest anyone to consider the switch!!

I can't speak highly enough about Alliance! The people I work with are fantastic, knowledgable, and truly understand my business. I have been a client of Alliance Payroll Solutions for a little over three years now. Up until I started using Natalie and his team I would switch back and forth between ADP and Pay Checks to receive a few months of free payroll. With Alliance Payroll Solutions, I feel that with the great customer service and very reasonable fees that it's not worth making that switch any more. Also over the last few years I have needed a bunch of reports for my CPA to do year end reports ,that I had put off till basically the day they were due ,and his team dropped what they were doing and got us what we needed

We at Lemoncello in East Rochester have partnered with Alliance Payroll Solutions for the last three years and it has been great. Running a restaurant is tough but its nice to know that we can get up to date information and a person on the other end of the phone quickly. Its a smaller payroll solution but with an deep list of products and even more efficient communication with just as many bells and whistles. The big differentiator here is the service.
