Reliable will offer a limited warranty on defective labor for a period of seven years from the date of substantial completion. The staff at Reliable were very professional and knowledgeable. They assembled a team to address the projects they did for us, our kitchen and master
bath. Each team member contributed in their area of expertise.
We were given a design specialist and her job was to make recommendations for complimentary materials and colors. The supervisor for each project kept things on schedule and communicated through a centrally located log book.
What little follow up service has been required has been handled quickly and efficiently.
I recommend Reliable to friends who are in the market for remodeling

Had our kitchen remodeled in 2014 and we were very pleased when it was completed. It exceeded our expectations. This was actually our second project with Reliable. They finished our basement back in 1996, which also exceeded our expectations and has been lived in regularly.
Anyways, recently noticed some spots on our Cherry wood cabinets (Kitchen) and we were unable to remove them. I contacted Beth from Reliable to find out the Cabinet maker, Beth volunteered to make all the arrangements for a Service call for our cabinets. Upon completion of the Service call, all the spots were fixed as well

We had our master bathroom remodel 2 years ago and could not be happier with our experience with Reliable! From design to completion, we were pleased with every step of the way. 2 years out, we reached out to Reliable regarding a shower valve issue, manufacturer issue not Reliables, and Beth graciously sent a superintendent, contacted the manufacturer, ordered the part, contacted a plumber and assured the problem was taken care of. Reliable truly stands behind their name and we cannot wait to work with them again!

We did an extensive remodel with Reliable completed in February 2018. However, an issue arose with our attic stairs that didn't occur until January 2020. I contacted Beth at Reliable about the issue and she worked with the vendor to get this fixed for us at no charge. The vendor tried to dismiss our issue but Beth did not permit that and continued to help us to resolve this issue. Another reason we are so happy with our discussion to go with Reliable Home Improvement for our remodel!

We used Reliable for our complete Condo renovation at the Oak Brook Club for our Kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room (completely down to the studs). The quality of the workmanship was superb and we have had so many compliments on our results.
