Shoreline connected has truly been a life saver. Shoreline's skilled and friendly staff has been able to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. On multiple occasions they have gone above and beyond to improve our home network and to offer helpful suggestions to improve our system. They have provided fair and reasonable quotes for work and would highly recommend them to anyone in the Hamptons. We will without a doubt use Shoreline connected for any additional work we do in our home.

I have consistently received AWESOME service from Shoreline. Relocating with my family to Water Mill full-time during COVID, Shoreline completed a complex wifi installation throughout my home (indoor and outdoor areas); the team was reliable, efficient and professional at every turn. I have had 2 glitches in service since the installation -- both triggered by Optimum service problems (not Shoreline). Regardless, the team responded to my email within minutes of sending it and were able to troubleshoot the issue for me immediately -- even at 6:30 am on a Sunday morning (LITERALLY)! With all the technology that you need to know how to operate these days, without Shoreline, I'd be in big trouble.
It's like having my own personal tech support. No one takes care of my like Dylan and his team does. He's (they're) the best.

I had (and continue to have) a terrific experience with Dylan and his team. He listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to up-sell me into a bunch of overly complicated (and expensive) equipment. Shoreline was always on time for installation services and the team couldn’t have been nicer. The quality of the work was terrific! I have recommended to several friends and all are happy with Shoreline as well.

Shoreline installed a home theater system with all audio, speakers etc. Super professional from start to finish. Delivered everything as promised, and my wife appreciates that they were clean and organized while over our house. Costs are reasonable and they have good ideas along the way to make the project better! I would not hesitate to recommend them again - It was really a great experience from the beginning. Five stars.

Shoreline Connected has taken care of our AV, Computer and Property Video monitoring at all 5 of our locations. We trust Dylan and Loredana will get the job done. The day it is scheduled it gets done and they are knowledgeable and clean up after themselves. Never have to worry about a mess. If I call with any concern it gets taken care of in an expeditious manner. We will be doing more work with Shoreline and highly recommend them.
