We bought and sold with Heather and she was spot on every time! Made sure we got our price we wanted for our purchases. Communications were great. Even when we missed a document, flew to Washington, we're in the middle of hiking Mt St Helens volcano, she was able to make sure we got that document signed!

When we were looking to rent our old Victorian home in Leadville, Melissa Hill found the perfect family! She was always responsive and professional in her dealings, she managed issues quickly and efficiently, and she has been one of the hardest workers we've ever had the pleasure of hiring. We never worried about the condition of a home we considered to be a local treasure. We would hire Melissa again and recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch rental agent without hesitation.

We had the pleasure of working with Amy Morrison when we bought our home. She made the experience as easy as possible for us. She also handled all the details for us while maintaining constant communication throughout the entire process. We would definitely recommend working with Amy and Aspen Leaf Realty if you get the chance!

I live across the street from one of the short term rentals this company manages, and they NEVER plow the snow in front of their rental, so the tenants have to park in front of the neighbors plowed spaces. Sometimes the renters shovel the snow themselves. I recommend short term rental owners find a better agency to manage their rentals. And I hope this review catches Re/Max of Leadville's attention.

Susan Fitzgerald is the best & most attentive agent I have dealt with.
She takes the time to understand what you want & need in a central Colorado Mountain home.
I have just completed my 3rd Leadville, CO property purchase with her. I look forward to working with her again in the future.

What a joke.. they just make up insane numbers on houses and hope someone is dumb enough to pay it. If you list a house for $600,000 and reduce it to $500,000, who is going to work with someone clearly out to rob the buyer.. especially when it's worth ~$350,000...and that's with this crazy demand in consideration.
Or the 2 bed 1 bath 1800s houses that are 600 sq ft, no yard, and are more knock down and start over than rehab-able listed for $180k-$230k. Have no intention of buying anything until the market collapses in a couple years and the realtors are knocked from this power play they're running

They have some very nice realtors here! I hate saying anything negative about them personally, so know this is about the company more than individuals in the company!
We wanted (NEEDED) our condo up for sale last year. The realtor we wanted was going on a long vacation, so we had plans for her to list our condo when she returned. Weeks later, we finally got a hold of her & she came over. She was realistic, which is nice, but our plans were a go. She was going to get back to us within 3 days (after she viewed our home & had all the paperwork needed). We didn't hear back from her. So
