In addition to my recently unveiled online store, which you are visiting now, I own and operate Refine Skin & Lash Boutique in the heart of Downtown Santa Rosa, California. I started my career in a high-end day spa in Sonoma County, then followed my passion for helping people relax and feel better in their skin by attending Calistoga Massage School in 2001.
Our signature facial includes custom products picked for you based on your specific needs and concerns. The ultimate facial experience. This facial takes all of Leslie's favorite things into one treatment. Deep cleansing, an enzyme to soften dull skin while receiving a foot massage, followed by extractions.
For best results, exfoliate the area of skin that will be waxed within 24 hours before your appointment. If you are using a topical form of Retin-A, please stop use at least one week prior to service. Waxing may not be done if using Accutane. If the area of skin that is going to be waxed has been exposed to the sun, make sure to wait until your skin has completely healed.
Do schedule a touch-up session. The natural lash life cycle is about 100 days and the eyelash extensions may fall off during this period of negligent care by client. Touch-ups are recommended to be done every 2-3 weeks to replace any lashes that may have fallen off within that time period. Don't use oil-based eye products around or on the eyes.

Sara was amazing and did a great job with my lashes & brows. She was able to squeeze me in when I needed & returned my call within the same day of me leaving a message. I called several other places in Sonoma County, only one answered their phone, and none of them bothered to return my call after leaving a message. This place has great services at fair prices, and they are taking the necessary steps to prevent the spread of covid. Overall it was a comfortable experience with better than expected results.

Refine is beautiful and Kayla is the best! I've been seeing her for two years for waxes and lashes, she completely saved my brows after I thought I'd plucked them to death. With lashes she is fast while delivering absolutely beautiful, top quality work. She always makes sure I'm comfortable which is easy in her clean and calm room. Not only is she always punctual and professional, but she's a total doll - so funny and charismatic. I love seeing Kayla and will never go to anyone else!
