Fantastic paint department features Benjamin Moore Paint and Clark and Kensington. Bill was very patient helping me with floor paint and worked hard to mix the color correctly. He didn't change his attitude once when I changed the color and I appreciate that very much. The staff in this store is super helpful and I was able to get all the supplies needed to finish a project at a responsible price. No waiting on a long line as the cashier was fast too. Highly recommend this store.

Great store...clean and well organized! Employees friendly and very helpful in locating items! Probably a tad more expensive than Walmart, Lowes, or Home Depot....but the convenience of being able to park at the front door and not having to walk a country mile to get to the hardware section of a big box store and stand in line for 15 minutes to check out is definitely worth a few extra coins!

Great customer service and personal attention. We were looking a smoker and were considering a Green Egg but after talking at length with Michelle and Ellie we found that a Treager grill/smoker would be a better choice. Hard to find personal service these days at any of the big box stores. Refreshing experience!! More of us need to consider our small and local stores. I recommend this Ace Hardware.

Went in to get a shovel really quickly one day and the cashier at the front was having a technical issue with the register, but was so incredibly nice and got the problem resolved quickly. She was so enthusiastic about being there, you can tell she truly enjoyed her job! I cannot remember her name, but she brightened my day!

Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I always find what I need and it’s never a problem to ask for help. Great customer service and great stock. I’m usually in the Rock Hill store once a week and I keep going back because of the friendliness and the availability of products. When I go to big home improvement stores I walk around aimlessly and can rarely find any one on staff to help me. At Ace, it is a brief walk and the check out lane never has anymore than one or two people in line-if any. Phil, the store manager, does a great job of hiring and training
