Penny and Julie, owners of Purple & Sage Property Maintenance have been in business for 20+ years. As native Vermonters they bring strong values, honesty, integrity and good old fashioned hard work to every job. Our clients are our top priority. We approach every project with the same strong work ethic and intensity that we appreciate and expect from others.
We've used Purple and Sage Property Maintenance for three different painting projects. From the first we were impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. Whether large (8 room condo) or small (bedroom and kitchen), we told them what we wanted and got out of the way. Now when we need painting done, we just call Penny and Julie.
