José was able to quickly and accurately diagnose the issues for two laptops I brought in for repair. José was willing to take a look at the laptop, explain the issue and give a quote without charging a dime. Not too many places do that. He was honest and fair with prices and completed the work quickly and on time. Will return in the future.

I called around 11 am to see if they offered the kind of repair service I needed, which was a charge port repair for an IPad 5. They explained that they offered it and told me the price of the repair. I dropped the IPad off around 1:30 pm and Jose explained it’s typically a 3 hr job and he would try to finish it before the close of business but definitely by the following morning. He called me around 5:00 pm to let me know he was finished. He was very polite and explained the process of the repair to me so I left confident that he could fix it. I called a lot of different places to get my Android screen fixed on my phone and most wanted to charge me $300 or close to it. I called UC Repairs and they quoted me $145. The cost was actually less than that. Had it done for me in an hour and a half. This place is the BEST!

I very rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to after taking an elderly friend's iPhone 6 in for service. The gentleman behind the counter took one look, immediately identified the battery issue, and replaced it in less than 10 minutes at a great price! He took time to explain and show why it needed to be done. Very polite, and, while it's probably not a big deal to many, the location is also very clean.
If my phone needs to be repaired, this will be my first stop. I would recommend this business to anyone.

If I could give this place a 10 star review I would, they go above and beyond for your electronic needs. Jose was polite and professional and was able to fix my nieces cracked Ipad screen and replace a battery for an old iphone 6 plus which are great quality oh and also did I mention that they fixed this within 3 hours???? I went in same day thinking I had to leave it there for 2-3 days but I was able to get it in a couple hours and my niece is so happy with her fixed ipad and her new battery for her phone for her games!!! I dropped my iPhone and it was making a strange noise every time I hit the home button. Apple stores are closed because of COVID - they referred me to Best Buy - Geek Squad. On 12/3 when I called, I couldn't get an appointment until 12/16 which I scheduled and then started exploring on the internet. On 12/4 I found Jose at UC Repairs and will take any phone or computer issues to him in the future. From my call where I explained my problem, we talked about possible issues and what might be needed depending on what was discovered and estimates to be able to bring the phone to him that morning and

I brought my iPhone and iPad to him, very professional and nice as well, also told me if anything happened like the screen coming off he’ll fix it as soon as I bring it back. But luckily that hasn’t happened. Really recommend this place.

I emailed UC Repair and received an extremely fast response. I was able to bring my broken iPhone 8 in and get it looked at the minute I walked in the door. Jose was very helpful, extremely professional and able to diagnose the problem quickly. He was honest about the issue, explained my options, and had extremely reasonable prices for all of his services. His setup is also safe for the pandemic and bilingual (Spanish). Wonderful shop, could not recommend more. I will go back anytime my electronics need service.
