What a disappointment! The manager of the Burnsville store is VERY RUDE and only cares about his commission and making monthly goal. Even though we selected the type of blind and color, we are delaying the purchase because we are investing in new windows first. The manager had an immediate change in attitude and behavior toward me including crumpling up and throwing away the order, telling me that he is only working for the money, etc. VERY RUDE! And how disappointing for him and for Viking Blinds, because not only do we need blinds for our living room and dining room of which he provided

I purchased split stack(open from the center with a stack of vertical blinds on each side) vertical blinds Hunter Douglas blinds. They were expensive but they came with a lifetime warranty. The in-home consultation was great and the installation was quick. Unfortunately, the cord broke after 6 years and I was told by the Vikings blinds employee that I was lucky that they lasted that long (about 6 years) and it is not covered by the lifetime warranty. Customer Service is not their cup of tea. Spend your money somewhere else.

We spent thousands of $$ on custom blinds for our entire 8,000 sq. ft. home 10 years ago. One of the larger wood blinds broke (in my opinion, blind was too heavy/big for the window) and I had to have it re-strung. The first rude encounter was when I called to inquire about repairing and being told "well, 10 years is a long time, they're not expected to last that long". Um...what?? Am I supposed to assume that all blinds in my home will need to be replaced or repaired after 10 years?? I think not.
The second rude encounter was when I asked for a few new plastic clips to hang the

Today I got the below email from the General Manager at Viking Blinds. Again, the fact he only cared about getting my review taken off the internet, and not making things right with the customer. BEWARE of this company, this is the TREATMENT ( and I don't mean quality window treatments) you will get: See below email exchange. The first below email is my response to his - his then follows.
You did not give me my money back. You took back a faulty product. If you'd like to pay me back, you could refund the money it cost to have the woodwork to our windows repaired and the walls repaired
