Truly, we won't recommend Flyhomes, and will not recommend Liya Zhu definitely. Please be fully aware of her "so called" confidence and "so called" experiences because it will mislead you in the transaction.… During our purchase in the pandemic, Liya Zhu represented us as buyer's agent, but the tour agents were always different, and even the final walk through agent was different. Amber and her team have been super helpful and was served as the key factor for me to win the offer. Bought a $1.4M house with Flyhomes, but ended up hating the home after only moved in 2 weeks. I suffer from the road noise during the busy hour everyday. Neither the tour agent nor the client advisor warned me the traffic condition. Some tour agents just open the door for you without saying anything. I cannot feel my client advisor really care about my case. They only answered what I asked (sometime I have to ask multiple times to get an answer). What they care is how much you put in your offer and win the bidding war. Planning to sell it soon which may cost me $100k for transaction. A total nightmare

I am interested in cashing out the equity in my home and downsizing. The "trade-up" program seemed to fit, even though I wasn't technically trading up. They came back to me with a valuation on my home that seemed a little low (by about $150k, I'm in Silicon Valley) and a guaranteed buy price of 92%, which from what I was told is at the low end of… their guaranteed percentage.
