Received some products for my business that came packaged in some Shorr 20” cubed cardboard boxes. These were the absolute WORST boxes I’ve ever come across in my many years of business - They fell apart like tissue paper and pretty much resulted in using an entire roll of shipping tape to keep the structure sound. Do not use these products if you value your goods inside.

Very unprofessional...if you make it to your appointment 2 hours early it shouldn't take 2 hours to unload 1/3rd of a 53 foot trailer. I was then told that I had been skipped over because I was forgotten about. There should always, always be someone at the shipping and receiving desk to make sure orders come in and go out smoothly. ALWAYS!!! This was my second time coming up here and got the same result as the first time. Just terrible. Dropping the ball is not an option when it comes to a business like this. Came to this company today for a live load appointment. After waiting for my appointment time to come up. An employee came out to the dock I was backed into and disconnected my service airline and placed a glad hand lock on the trailer. Didn't say anything to me at all. I had to pull my trailer brake release to stop the air loss.
