This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.
The company I was with before,whom went out of business, gave me a curtesy call every month in advance going over all of my supplies and asking me what i needed and supplies were sent promptly ASAP and arrived on time. When I was short on supplies abacoa said they could not send me anything till the end of the month, they said they would call me to confirm what supplies I would need, no such call ever came from Abacoa. When I called them to say that I had recieved no supplies or a phone call as they had promised me, the

This is the worst operation of its kind I have ever encountered. They recommended a glucose meter that was inaccurate. It was horrible. I asked them for a different meter since they recommended the inaccurate one. They were of no help. They told me to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent me another meter that was as bad as the first. I again contacted American Medical Supplies who made the suggestion and they basically said
"TOUGH LUCK' I'll never use them again.
