Downtown's Healthcare is an integrated medical office, conveniently located in Downtown Denver. When we first imagined a medical staff of chiropractors and rehabilitation specialists, we knew we were doing something different. We have brought together specialties, diagnostic tools, extensive examination and cutting edge treatment methods to be used together in one location.

When a person is injured in a motor vehicle accident, spasms and muscle splinting develop unequally on either side of the spine. This asymmetric muscle spasm prevents the normal range of motion of the spine, and misalignments occur throughout the spine. These misalignments need to be re-aligned for a person to be able to fully recover from the injury.

The Staff is Too Notch! I had no faith in Customer Service Anymore but then I I came here my first time and I couldn’t believe it! These guys are Thee Best and I always look forward to my appointments! Oh and I woke up without pain for the first time in over 20 years so, They know what they’re doing I would and I have recommended Them!

I was an absolute skeptic! PRP? Stem cell? Chiropractors in general? But I went and have had them now do PRP / stem cell in my left knee and in my right hip, I feel like a new man! This is definitely not your father's chiropractor, this guy has it going on and Karen, the Nurse Practitioner, is an absolute genius! If there were 6 stars, I would give them six!

I have had osteoarthritis in my left knee for about 6 years and would like to avoid surgery if possible. Last spring I heard on the radio that Downtown's Healthcare was offering stem cell injections to help relieve this issue.
I could not be more happy with my decision. The staff at Downtown's Healthcare are exceptional. They are very thorough and always have your best interests in mind. The atmosphere is always upbeat and I truly enjoy my weekly appointments.

I came into DHC for the first time with knee pain at a high level and the pain was affecting my daily life significantly. Immediately after starting treatment I was able to walk stairs without pain and was able to sleep through the night. I followed recommendations and went through 8 weeks of therapies that included PRP, stem cell shot, IV… treatments, chiropractic care, trigger point injections, and a simple exercise routine. Had chronic neck pain for years, and every doctor I went to could only provide medication. No other options, until I started going to DHC. I'm no stranger to chiropractic care, so when I found DH I thought I was in for a run-of-the-mill adjustment. HOWEVER, the team at DH are truly specialists at their specific crafts. I wanted a boost for my immune system, and was recommended the vitamin B, C and zinc injections. I highly recommend going to Downtown’s Healthcare if you’re feeling uneasy about traveling or just want a boost for your immune system.
