You will receive a thorough evaluation to determine the cause(s) of your pain. We will review your medical records, obtain a complete history and physical and then design a treatment plan for your specific needs. At Georgia Interventional Medicine we provide diagnostic techniques and treatments plans of pain through comprehensive physical examinations along with spinal pain mapping procedures.
Continue all of your usual medications as prescribed unless you are taking blood thinners (such as Coumadin, Plavix, Lovenox). You may take your morning medications with a sip of water. If you are taking blood thinners such as Coumadin, Plavix, or Lovenox, ask the physician who prescribes this medication if they feel it is safe for you to discontinue them before your injection.

I was treated by an entire team of medical providers that include an anesthesiologist, physiatrist, physical therapist and nurse practitioner, all under one roof. Some of the best and most friendly service I’ve received at a medical center. The people working at the front desk were very nice and helpful! I got a check up from Rachael and she’s great!
