First experience was great! A girl used to take calls and handle all logistics and spent time to find the root cause and fixed the issue during my first engagement.
But this time, when I called, I was asked to explain the issue I have and without doing any diagnostics, I was asked to book a 4 hour window to replace the valves. All IRS was trying to do was get their 4 hour window to get maximum out from their customer without even doing a diagnostic. What if the issue is not with the valves! My only point was to do a diagnostics for which I was ready to pay the service fee. Only thing that came

I had a valve issue and my dad recommended this place. Omar was great and very knowledgeable. He worked with me and my budget and walked me through everything he was going to do to fix my issue. After he was done with the repair, he showed me what to expect going forward. Since I know many of us don't know much on this subject I was happy with the service and appreciated the extra knowledge. Had David from IRS Inc. out to check out a problem with our irrigation. He was great. Came out the day after we called and had the system all repaired in an hour and a half. He took the time to go over everything before he started working and explained everything he did when he finished. Great job. Would definitely recommend IRS and will call them for any future repairs.

The first review I have ever given! Most professional sprinkler repair company I have ever dealt with. Lance was extremely professional in setting up an appointment with David to service our irrigation issues. All grass, drip, and gardening irrigation stopped working properly. Wasn't sure if it was a pressure issue with the city of Phoenix or an irrigation issue. It took David literally two seconds to diagnose the issue and had us back up in running in just a couple of hours! Very experienced, nice, and professional. Can't thank them enough. Omar showed up right on time, in a mask and ready to get to work at 6:30 AM. Took the time to walk me through the system and explained everything. I needed the lesson. Fair price on the repairs and addition of drip lines. He found many emitters that were not sized properly and did some fine tuning. I am sure the system is running as it should now. THANK YOU.

Totally professional service , from quick response and caring customer service to excellent work .. I called and left a message within 5 minutes I was called back , I explained my issue and was told that the soonest appointment was in 4 days , but maybe if Omar was done with his appointment early he could swing by and look at the issue..well he did and he was great fixed the issue in no time ..I have his number in my phone for future projects and will recommend IRS to all my friends !!

Fantastic service! We had David check out our irrigation leak and broken electrical connection. He was very upfront with the potential cost / complications but was able to fix the problem without additional services. Very thankful for David's hard work and honesty! I would highly recommend Irrigation Repair Services. I spoke with Adriana at the office multiple times and she was knowledgeable and polite. Although she was on the phone the first time I called, she returned my call promptly and left me a professional and concise voicemail when, of course, I was on the other line.
I called 3 other sprinkler repair services before IRS and they were either too busy with other projects or simply didn't respond to my emails and voicemail. I wish I would have called them from the start! My appointment was set up in a timely manner and they even offered an earlier

Bad Day for Lance over at IRS -- Reached out to get some repairs done on my water irrigation system. Lance reached out to me via email to let me know he wasn't able to get me that week but next following week. I reached out to Lance @ IRS and he was prompt with every email but later you will find he does not read emails thoroughly. After few emails back and forth trying to get something scheduled the end result was that nobody showed up.
Lance says, "For us to schedule an appointment we need an address we cannot be there right exactly at 9 AM the best we can do is a two hour window

These guys are the real deal. Lance is to the point, follows through with exactly what he said he would do and walked me through the installation.
We have owned 5 homes and never experienced this level of professionalism. I usually have to clean up all the PVC shavings and scraps.....none here!. Purple and blue glue is always everywhere....Not here. Look at the clean lines and exact amount of glue.
