The sales manager Joe C. and salesman Chris were awesome. Very personable and didn't treat you like you were just money in their pocket. I had been looking for a Challenger and had one on order through another dealership. I was told it could take up to 12 weeks to get my bike. The day we went to look at this particular dealership in hopes of finding one, we made a purchase and received our bike the next day!

My fiancé and I went in to the dealer in hopes of finding an Indian Challenger Dark Horse. But when we walked in we only seen the base models. I started asking the salesman Chris questions about it and come to the conclusion that I just needed to wait to get my dark horse. Chris called Joe C. over to talk with me because I had a lot of questions. Joe C. said he believes they had one in Daytona for bike week, so he immediately made some calls and got the info on the bike. Within a couple of hours we had all the paper work done and I was waiting for the next day to arrive and my bike. The service

Darcy started it online and was extremely helpful. And Jen sealed the deal in the show room. Both were extremely helpful. As always a delightful experience. I upgraded from a chieftain darkhorse to this challenger limited. This thing is awesome. Can't wait to get it broken in. And many miles on it. Thank you Jen and Darcy for all your help.

I am not the easiest person to please. But I can not say enough about Indian Motorcycles of Ocala and the staff there. Great customer service all around but Johnny Gomez is truly a great guy that goes above and beyond. I completed the purchase of my bike and it had to be lowered for me to feel comfortable. I was prepared to come back another day and pick it up. But they offered to stay and get it done so I could ride it home that night. They were there 2 hours past closing. If you are in the market please visit this dealership. They have a great selection, the staff is very friendly and you are treated like family. Make sure to request KERRI JORDAN in sales. She is AMAZING and incredibly knowledgeable. She didn't pressure for the sale, instead she answered all questions, provided key information and gave good insights on the inventory. My husband didn't think he could qualify for financing, but she and the finance guys were able to help. Absolutely AMAZING! Recently purchased my dream bike from them and they have done nothing but support me. I recently went back with a friend of mine and it started storming. They invited us to role our bikes into the garage and even gave us pizza! Not only that, Chris Him, Josh, and Joe have been a pleasure to work with. They offer tips, advice, and even helped me get some melted cover off of my Chrome exhaust because they wanted to help. They honestly make me feel proud to be an Indian owner and part of the community!

My salesman was Adam and my finance guy was Conner. I can’t say enough good things about these guys. They weren’t pushy at all. Adam even got a sitter for his child so he could work around my schedule. And to be given an additional $1000 off just for being a first responder in my community really shows their level of devotion to theirs. Great customer service. Enjoying my new bike.
