Had my car towed there because I had no brakes whatsoever in the middle of winter. They told me my brake fluid was low and they had to replace the seal on my calipers because that’s where the brake fluid was leaking from. Cost $300, okay that’s fine. When I went to pick up my car, before leaving the parking lot I knew something wasn’t right so I went back in. They drove it again and told me it was fine, but if I wanted them to bleed the back brakes a little more to bring it back in the morning and they would do so. These guys treat you right! I love bringing my car into Floyd's to get work done. They are straight shooters, with no surprises, and super fast too! After reading awesome reviews for Floyd's on a couple sites, took my GMC Terrain in this week since I had been noticing oil drops on my driveway/garage for a few months, but never any warning lights saying the oil was low. After just an hour, they took me back to the garage to show me areas of oil dampness under the hood, that it was indeed leaking, but that it was so minor and the oil was full, I shouldn't spend the money to have them take everything apart under the hood to find the culprit. My husbands car needed some brake work done, so I looked online for places to go to. I had read a few of the reviews for Floyd's and decided that with an average rating of 4.9, I would check them out. I have to say that I am beyond impressed with their service! I didn't expect them to loan me a car so that I didn't have to wait there at the shop so that was an unexpected surprise. I asked them to give me an estimate before they did any work which they were happy to do. I was blown away by how affordable the repair was! A lot lower than I expected. On the way to visit family in Grand Haven, I had a tire blow out. I chose Floyd's based on a few Yelp reviews of tire shops in Grand Haven. It was New Years eve morning, and Floyd mentioned that he had taken in more work than they were expecting. In less than an hour he had squeezed me in, had put on a decent used tire, and only charged me $30. In the meantime we had shared about each other's family and our Christmas. A really nice guy who cares about the customer and wants to do what's best.
