ALTA/NSPS Surveys are often a combination of the above described surveys, along with a comprehensive title review that can be very useful in both commercial and residential applications.

Incredibly sweet professional guy. Seriously went above and beyond, I could not recomend him more! I tried contacting a lot of other surveyors and the rest were somewhere between rude, indifferent or ignored my requests completely. Frank was none of those things, he was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions honestly and with good humor. If you need a surveyor, Lucido Surveyors is the way to go!

Lucido surveyors laid out a bocce court area in my backyard in a very accurate, timely, and professional manner. The court is perfectly level. In addition to surveying my yard for the court, their expertise in building bocce courts paid off as I had them build it between two rows of established fruit trees, a difficult task. The price was very reasonable and I would rate this company five stars.
