If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered ten pillowcases for my daughters birthday about a month before the party. The week of the party I opened the box and realized half the order was wrong. I called to ask for a quick exchange and “Michael” from colortime first chewed me out for not opening the box sooner... apparently he has never met a busy working mom who deals with things as they become the next item on their list. He never apologized for getting the order completely wrong but instead said it was my problem because I didn’t give them enough time to fix it. He finally
