Tracey is THE BEST! I am a Realtor in the local area and if a home is vacant, I call Tracey to stage it! Her designs are incredible and she gets the job done and quick. She has an incredible eye for detail and knows exactly how to make my listings stand out! Tracey, is always such a great pleasure to work with . She does the stagging for all my flip properties, and she always hits a home run. Each project is unique, and beautiful, and she never fails to create the perfect space.
Since having great success on flips I've decided to hire Tracey to stage some of my rental properties as well. I was very pleased with how beautiful they turned out and at a very fair price . In addition we received a tremendous amount of prospective tenants , much more than we would have (I'm sure) if we hadn't staged the apartment .

ReDesigned Home Staging is amazing!! The owner Tracey has all the furnishings you would need to stage a high-end upscale home or any home for that matter! Everything she selects is fresh and up-to-date styles and transforms spaces beautifully! As a Realtor I have used her often and she never disappoints. Staging is critical to selling a home for top dollar and she has a true knack for working with what the house has to offer (bad or good) and makes spaces pretty!! I highly recommend Tracey!!

We heard about Tracey's work through a local real estate meeting. We knew that from other feedback we wouldn't be disappointed but we were not expecting to be absolutely blown away by her work. It was a small investment for a big return. Staging the house with reDESIGNed brought us a much higher price for the house and it sold in three days! How wonderful to work with people who knew how to bring the best aspects of the house to light. Items were carefully chosen to compliment the rooms and show the possibilities of the spaces.
