Nathalie Gottschalk is a Las Vegas Immigration attorney. She has been practicing in all areas of employment and family-based immigration law since 2004. Nathalie was born in Paris, France and grew up in Quito, Ecuador where she attended a French Immersion School. At 16 years of age, she moved to the United States to study International Relations and French Literature at the City University of New York Baccalaureate Program.
The purpose of a temporary (non-immigrant) visa is to allow a person to enter the U.S. temporarily for a specific purpose and for a specific period of time. Professional visas are for individuals who have a job offer in the United States, hold at least a 4 year university degree or U.S. equivalent and seek to work in a professional or "specialty" occupation related to their field of study.
If you are a person with extraordinary ability you may qualify for a green card if you can show that you have sustained national or international acclaim in the field of science, arts, education, business or athletics and that you seek to continue working once in the U.S in that area. There is no requirement of a job offer.

Very disappointed on how business wants to build loyalty on customers. Today I decide to call Reza Athari and use a Legal Plan that I paid, and they couldn’t find any information from me and it took about 2 hours to figure that out. I decide to call Nathalie and I was very happy that the lawyer is the one that really take the phone call. But…. Is not that good how you think. She will do nothing for your immigration case. Probably immigration services center will do more for you and your petition that her. I wish we can record conversations like this to have others waste. Their time. Good luck
