Awful. My building uses this company and they pickup at 4am despite telling them the law says 7am. The owner knowingly breaks the law.

Horrible company, don’t use these people. They come faithful to collect the money and wait two weeks to get the trash. I called every phone number on the website. No one answered the phone for days on end. This is very frustrating

I was verbally threatened by Michael. He is very aggressive and I fear that he needs mental help otherwise he will eventually hurt someone.
Do not give them your money.

Residents beware! These employees are aggressive and ready to attack. As you can see from the video, they have no regard for the law, or the fact that they were illegally dumping at 5:40am. To top it off, they seem to think it's illegal to take their picture in public.
After calling me a slew of explicit words, the one employee hit me in the face with his hat and then spit at me. The video shows the first battery, after which I had to put my phone down to fend him off. Luckily, I kept the time stamped photos and one of many videos.
