I have been using Puget Sound Blind Cleaners for a long time. This time their stellar customer service was truly amazing. We have an expensive sheer roll shade for which the end caps broke. Michelle went above and beyond to find the end caps (most companies no longer use them) and helped us find the other necessary parts so we can continue to use this shade. They are the best!!! Sherry
