We went into MN Mobility with our scooter that had been drenched in a rainstorm, fully expecting to have to purchase a new one. As we looked at new scooters, the owner looked mine over and asked us to give him an hour or so to see if it could be fixed. When we returned, he had solved the problem with a minor $75 charge when he could have easily told us it was irreparable and sold us a new one. We will buy all our future scooters at MN Mobility

5-STAR! Had new batteries installed in my sweethearts Permobil before going on a long trip around the Great Lakes. MN Mobility was the only place around that could do it today. Very involved and complicated job, Tim made it look easy, though. We bought a spare charger from him, too. Very fast, professional work. Other places we checked wanted more money and a week to do the job.

We had a great experience. We went into the shop not knowing much about scooters. Tim was extremely patient and thoroughly answered every question we had. He was honest and only offered scooters that fit my grandmother’s needs. The fair price included delivery which was convenient. Would highly recommend.

I have gotten both service and purchased a used scooter from Tim. He has come to my home as I did not have any way to get the scooter home or bring it in for repair. By the way, he disposed of my old scooter at no charge and that was a big worry off my back! He came to my home 3 times in the past year to help me out at no extra charge and I live outside of St Cloud. He gives outstanding service and has quality products!! He very much cares and understands the issues facing the disabled. He always explains my options and has always done his best to work with me and the funds I have to work with
