Before starting SERVPRO of Northeast Wichita Patrick Butler like many Wichitans, worked in aircraft moving between multiple different companies. After leaving aircraft Patrick started a handyman business and eventually decided to start the SERVPRO Franchise which opened its doors in 2001 and has continued to this day.
When SERVPRO started it was completely operated out of a basement, since then we have grown into an office, warehouse and workshop located at 3225 S. Oliver, here in Wichita. From the beginning SERVPRO was getting into some pretty nasty situations helping out home and business owners with disasters.

Our water heater leaked water all over the downstairs. We replaced the water heater and Servpro came over immediately on a Friday afternoon. They removed the carpet and set up humidifiers and fans for the next 4 days. Over the weekend they came to inspect the problem areas and finished up a few days later. We wanted to thank Patrick, Chris, Travis, Devon and Angel for all their hard work in getting the job done. Problem solved through knowledge of what had to be done and excellent service.
