We see the bigger picture! Surveillance Systems are not a one-size-fits-all solution. Many factors are considered when we are designing your system. Inside? Outside? Our building contracts through them for DirecTV and it's sub-par at best (apparently DirecTV does this for any multi-unit dwelling). On two separate occasions, within the 15 months we've been at our apartment, the cable has went out for 3+ days before anyone can address the issue. DirecTV is considerate and will credit you for the downtime, but it's more of an inconvenience that you can't have someone available to troubleshoot on weekends.

The staff is incredibly friendly and will go out of their way to make sure that your needs are met. Karen was wonderful and answered all of my questions completely. She made it easy for me when I was moving into a new condominium and, even while I was out of state, accomodated me completely. Highly recommend!
