Meridian Appraisal Services, Inc. (f/k/a RealVest Appraisal Services, Inc.) was created in 1988 to provide independent third party commercial and residential appraisal services to the Central Florida market area. Meridian is currently under the ownership and direction of Robert Von, President, Kenneth J Terrell, Jr., MAI, Vice President and John H. Preston, IV, Vice President.

We provide a wide range of appraisal and valuation services as shown below. We work closely with each client to provide the correct end-product based on each clients needs. Our clients include financial institutions and mortgage companies, attorneys, certified public accountants, schools, investors and individual property owners.

Meridian Appraisal Group, Inc. provides consulting and valuation services for all types of multi-family properties including tax-credit affordable housing, and market rate properties. We perform market studies, rent comparability studies, and appraisal services. We have performed real estate appraisal services throughout the State of Florida.

Meridian Appraisal Group, Inc. offers unbiased reviews of third-party appraisals. These reviews provide the client with our opinion of the quality of comparable selection, the accuracy of the comparable analysis and the validity of the final value conclusions as well as our opinion concerning the report meeting Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices (USPAP) requirements.

Meridian offers a wide range of market study services geared towards helping the client understand market typical characteristics necessary to develop a viable and competitive real estate investment. These market studies concentrate on providing detailed information of physical characteristic of the real estate investment, the financial parameters impacting the investment process including costs, income potential and market typical expenses.
