Dr. Thomas Tuzzolino opened Elevate Chiropractic in 2008. Our goal is to elevate our community members' lives, allowing them to achieve their health goals with state-of-the-art chiropractic care. Individuals and families travel not just from the Scottsdale area, but from Phoenix, Chandler and more to benefit from our one-of-a-kind, advanced health care.
The benefits of these scans are to detect and pinpoint abnormal function which cannot be seen on X-ray and are generally not felt in the form of pain until the damage is severe; Much like a heart attack. The scans will show if there is any Subluxation (stress) on your nervous system and how it is affecting your organs, glands, muscles & energy level (FUNCTION of your body/nervous system).
My journey into Chiropractic began back when I was 14 years old and suffered a neck injury playing football. I was taken off the field in a stretcher and brought to the hospital for testing. I was released and told to wear a neck brace and take some Ibuprofen. That's it.!
Over the next 5 -6 years I dealt with neck symptoms until I went to a Chiropractor and was told I had a "Subluxation"- a mis-alignment in the bone in my neck that was causing nerve irritation.There I learned more about WHY it was important to get adjusted, not just for pain, but for overall wellness.

From seeing infants to teenagers, Dr. Tuzzolino can help your child thrive and live their best possible life. In previous articles I've spoken about our passion and expertise with a group of kids in our community that is unfortunately growing and expanding at unprecedented rates - what we call our "perfect storm" kiddos. In this article, I hope to give parents of these children a more clear path of how they could get their kids "out" of that storm.

Elevate Chiropractic is an amazing establishment! DR T and the staff are highly qualified. My infant son was behind in a couple important milestones, i.e. bringing feet to mouth, sitting up, turning his head in both directions fully, etc. After only a couple of sessions with DR T, my son had greater trunk, hip, and neck mobility. Subsequently, he was finally able to bring his feet to mouth, sit without support, and turn his head in the greatest degree possible in each direction. The front desk staff is extremely welcoming, kind, and accommodating to last minute schedule changes. 10/10 recommend

My son was diagnosed with Torticollis at his 8-week check up, and we were referred to physical therapy by our pediatrician. He had restricted movement in his neck -- only able to look to the left which also caused plagiocephaly. I had never even heard of torticollis, so of course I started researching it online, where I read that in addition to PT, chiropractic care can also help treat it. I want to start off with I tend to be a little bit more excited and outgoing and passionate when it comes to a lot of things in my life similar to the excitement of a 7 year-old, who got to have a shopping spree at a toy store except I’m 37. I love road trips, traveling down the beaten path literally and being surround by nature. I also love camping, hiking and rock hounding and art, I am a pretty good oil painter and it’s my meditation. Which can be very hard on my body and nervous system. For the last 20 years of my life I have experienced a lot of neurological and massive chronic pain issues

Incredibly professional and truly compassionate caring. Dr T is very knowledgeable and actually offers a solid treatment plan. He evaluates and then treats. He wants to see his patients get better and enjoy their lives with less pain and more energy. Most drs offices are driven by greed rather than need but Elevate is not one of those places. They love what they do and they're really good at it. My back issues are always omnipresent but Dr T makes them a little easier to deal with with his adjustments. Give them a try, I promise you'll thank me.

My 2 year old had his consultation visit. Like most 2 year olds, the doctors office is not his favorite. The staff not only brought some things into the room to distract my son, but were so sweet and thorough. Next, we saw Dr. Tuzzolino he had us come out to the sitting area and brought a toy out to distract my son, sat on the floor next to him to play, to complete his evaluation. Such a wonderful group at Elevate Chiropractic. If you're nervous to take your toddler don't be!

All staff are amazing- Theresa & TJ are super welcoming and feel like friends. Dr T. takes the time to actually listen to everything you want to share, which is very rare!
They also offer tons of health/nutrition

Immediately was greeted with a smile as if I was already an established patient! Nanette and Dr. T really take the time to get to know you and your lifestyle and never make you feel rushed! We love Dr. T & Jessica! We are in month 3 of treatment with Dr. T for our son with ADHD and we’ve seen great results! He didn’t sleep well and had been finally sleeping through the night! I have been a chiropractic patient for years and no doctor has been as thorough as Dr. T! I walked in knowing a fair amount about my issues but unaware of the bigger issue at play and how my other issues stemmed from that. After spending a few years training and competing in the sport of Muay Thai I accumulated quite a few tweaks to say the least, mainly in my lower back. After a few X-rays and a thorough exam Dr. Tom started the healing process! After a few months of weekly visits my quality of life really improved and was able to be active again.
