Billy is an excellent insurance agent! He returns phone calls & emails promptly with cost saving quotes & professional service. We currently have our Plumbing business, personal auto, personal home & rentals insured thru State Farm Ins. With Billy Codman as our agent.

Nicole is hands down, the BEST insurance agent I've ever worked with. When my boyfriend and I bought our first home together, we didn't realize how much we were overpaying in homeowners insurance. Nicole was able to hook us up with a plan that gave us more coverage at a fraction of the cost, as well as life insurance for the both of us and we STILL ended up saving more money than we did with our original policy. As I was searching for another insurance company, I made an appointment with Billy Codman - State Farm Insurance Company because their ratings and reviews were outstanding. Nicole was so nice and friendly and understood my situation. Wthin a short time, she drafted a very good policy with better coverage at a lessor cost for me. Then I met Esther Lucero who quickly responded to help me resolve a matter with my former insurance company with success. And then I was warmly greeted by Mr. Billy Codman himself, what a fine gentleman he is. Everyone, Billy Codman, Nicole, and Esther are very professional

All of my experiences with this office between setting up our home owner's insurance when we moved, transferring our vehicles over, adding or replacing vehicles, and submitting a claim for a broken windshield, it has all been simple and prompt. I was in the market for a new insurance policy and had reached out to State Farm for a quote. Nicole got right back to me and answered my many questions in a professional and timely manner. Being able to email questions is important to me, as I don't always have time to get to things during business hours and this was not a problem for Nicole. Just switched to State Farm from Allstate. Their rates were significantly better. After years of raising my rates Allstate was not competitive.
Nicole @ Billy Codman made the whole process as painless as buying insurance can be :). Was super helpful in quoting different options, and making suggestions that optimized for me rather than increasing premiums. Was also very efficient in getting our policy started. We have been looking for new insurance ever since AAA threw us under the bus over a broken pipe. We were with AAA for more than 25 years without a single house claim and only one auto accident that was our fault. We met with other insurance agents but we're still unhappy. When we were told about Mr. Codman, everything was good. Lower premium with better coverage and full explanations of all the terms and conditions. He spent a lot of time making sure we knew everything and understood it. I cannot say enough good things about this agent and about State Farm. While I was looking for a new company
