Mr. Badagliacca is a graduate of Fordham University and Seton Hall University School of Law. Following a one-year clerkship in the Superior Court of New Jersey with the Honorable Joseph J. Salerno, J.S.C., he joined the firm in 1987.

A graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook and New York Law School, Mr. Balsamo is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. He has litigated cases in all five boroughs of New York and in various counties in New Jersey. Mr. Balsamo defends clients in civil litigation in the areas of general liability defense, environmental law, and toxic tort.

Can't say enough about the dedicated lawyers at the firm. I had a serious problem with a partnership dispute related to my wife and her father in law who was my partner. The lawyer handling my case, Richard Garofalo, was professional and a pleasure to work with. I fully recommend the firm for your legal matters.
