Choose from the following selections to create your own breakfast buffet. Buffets can be arranged on an Island in your home or with skirted tables placed somewhere within the confines of your location. Inclusive with all buffets are china plates, linen napkins, silverware, chafing dishes, platters, serving utensils, risers and buffet decor.
All buffet selections are served in chafing dishes with decorative buffet decor, risers, serving platters, sterno fuel and serving utensils. Buffets can be served on an Island in your home or with 6 ft tables within the confines of your house with skirted tables or wooden farmers tables. Additional charges for wooden farmers tables.
Mix and match from the following selections below to create the perfect luncheon buffet. Inclusive with all buffets are skited buffet tables, chafing dishes, platters, serving utensils and decor. China plates, stainless silverware and linen napkins available. Disposable ware also available for additional costs.
My seasonal creations can be paired with a red or white Sangria, Mexican beer, or fine crafted tequila for the true south of border dining experience. Choose from the following six course tasting menu with authentic Mexican ingredients locally sourced from each season. You can mix and match how you see fit.
Create the perfect buffet for you and your guests for that true south of border experience. Don't forget to complement your buffet with one of our signature margaritas or sangrias. Choose from the following proteins to create the perfect taco bar. Inclusive with taco bars are locally made flour and corn tortillas, queso fresco, Oaxaca cheese, shredded cabbage, romaine lettuce, key limes, hot sauces and diced white onions/cilantro.

We had Chef Kevin cater a sit down dinner for 10 of us on a friends trip. From the initial planning he was responsive, helpful and easy to reach. On the day of the dinner it couldn’t have been easier. He arrived on time and he and his team took care of every detail. The quality of his food and his technique was excellent. His flavors were original and well balanced. Every course was well plated and delicious. It was a wonderful experience overall. It was so nice to just enjoy each other’s company and not have to do anything else. They cleaned up spotlessly afterwards. I would book him again

We hired Kevin to make a celebration dinner for our 40th wedding anniversary and my husband's 70th birthday. I highly, highly recommend him as a personal chef for any occasion. He and his staff are very professional and courteous. They arrived on time and everything went smoothly. Each course was wonderful and the Salmon Wellington was exquisite. Kevin and Jarret were amazing. Had a small business dinner and they took care of us perfectly. The food was excellent. Preparation was seamless. Presentation was outstanding. They blended service - taking care of all our needs, presenting the food, discussing the food, and not being an disturbing the flow of the group. Kevin and the Tableside Gourmet Team were an absolute pleasure to work with and they far exceeded our expectations. We were in Arizona for our wedding and hired Kevin's team to cook a private dinner at our rental property for our rehearsal dinner. We hired Tableside Gourmet for a surprise 60th Birthday Party for 14 guests. We based our decision on all Kevin's amazing reviews. Tableside Gourmet was the very best catering experience we've every had! We'd give Kevin and his team 10 stars if that was an option. We selected a sit down plated menu for our guests. We started with the Farmers Board for our guest to nibble on during the cocktail hour. The board was delicious and presented beautifully. The next course was a choice of a Caesar or Farmers Salad. I know Kevin personally and professionally. His cuisine is amazing, and he is always consistent. I've dined at his catered events four times now, and the groups always share the same sentiments...the food is absolutely amazing. He made us a table side Caesar salad that was unbelievably amazing! His stuff Chicken was so delicious even after having 3 prior courses I was still able to eat every last bite. We had them cater for 25+ people for a grad party and they did a great job. They came and set up everything - tables, chairs, silverware and plates. Food was setup buffet style and it was amazing. They had a great taco bar and meat carving station and everything was made from scratch. We were very impressed and surprised with the carving station, we were expecting the pork to be served pre-sliced - great touch.
Their menu was very versatile, we just happened to go with the Mexican theme. They were very professional and easy to work with. I'm not sure if we'll ever be in Arizona again

I was absolutely blown away by Kevin's food and presentation. From the start he got back to me right away after my initial call to him. He asked me to email him which dishes from his menu we wanted for our dinner party and within 48 hours sent me a quote for the food and rentals. He and his staff arrived on time and then proceeded to assemble the long tables, decor, and place settings. Everyone loved the food and we have some tough critics in our group. After a lot of discussion, we decided to have my 40th birthday catered. I came across Kevin's information on Yelp and decided to give him a call after checking out his website. He was very responsive and got us the quote we needed very quickly so that we could make a decision. He made some suggestions for appetizers and for a main course after asking some questions about my event.

I hired Tableside to cook an at home Mother's day dinner for my family and in-laws. Prior to the dinner, I was able to review and choose from a number of different foods to create an amazing menu.
