Each year hundreds of thousands of Canadians travel to the United States for work, vacation or shopping. What some of these visitors may not realize is that they're subject to U.S. immigration law and may require work permits, waivers, or green cards. You may be eligible for a work permit depending on your education and profession.
To promote family unity, immigration law allows U.S. Citizens and Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs) to petition for spouses to live permanently in the United States. Spouses of U.S. Citizens have special immigration priority and do not have to wait in line for a visa number to become available for them to immigrate; there are an unlimited number of visas for this particular category.

Jennifer Behm and her team worked tirelessly to enable my E2 Visa to be processed as quickly and efficiently as possible. Despite all the delays and issues as a result of Covid (with the US Embassy closed during lockdowns) Jennifer still managed to keep my application going.
