C.E. Holt Refrigeration was founded in 1961 by C.E. and his wife Helen in Charlotte, NC. Since then, we have expanded our expertise across four states to include not only service but sales and installation as well. Today, our technicians specialize in small format grocery, scientific/medical, warehousing/cold storage, convenience stores and drug/dollar sites.
We have grown our business by maintaining our reputation for providing excellent service to customers throughout Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. By joining CoolSys, we have expanded our portfolio of solutions available to our valued customers to help them run more efficiently at locations in the Mid Atlantic, Southeast U.S. and beyond.

Therefore, we understand that 24/7 emergency service is imperative, and we've created a designated service team for each and every neighborhood we serve. Every team has the resources they need to ensure a speedy response and each customer has a senior consultant dedicated to them.
Do you want full service, but want keep flexibility in your monthly spending? Then our maintenance agreements may be for you. These agreements are best suited for large businesses who want the same services as our full-service contracts, but not the contracted cost. We still provide guaranteed response times, reduced prices and waived travel fees.
