Fast, efficient, on time and courteous. They use industrial grade refuse removal trucks for big loads. This is just what I needed for half a garage of my junk. I've used a number of junk removal services over several years in various parts of the United States-- Seattle, Boston, New York. Gator was on par with or much better than others I've used. (They are professional and will not show up in a little mini van or a tiny pick up truck - experiences I have had with other vendors.)

I rarely write any reviews but my family had a crisis whereby my elderly parents freezer broke with food inside that was decaying and needed someone to remove it right away. We contacted this company and within a few hours all was handled. They were so professional, reasonable, and appreciated their quick response. I will definitely use them again in the future for any heavy hauling.

These guys are the absolute best! Weeden and Chris are not only fantastic at their job, but they are great people too. I've used them 3 times already for a renovation project and plan to continue to use them throughout the project. They're very responsive and accommodating, and will work around your schedule. They are well priced and go above and beyond to make sure that everything has been removed to your satisfaction. I highly recommend them!

They were incredibly quick to respond to my quote, they negotiated to a price I would be comfortable with, and came the next day. On the day of, they arrived on time and were getting ready to work on the spot. In less than half an hour, they had already packed in the truck all of the debris. They even swept the leaves and mess I had in my backyard after they removed the debris. I am so impressed and pleased I had to come on yelp and give them a review. I definitely recommend them and their wonderful services. A company that can truly be trusted.

From the very first contact by phone, Chris and Weeden were on top of my job and never finished until I was completely satisfied. As a realtor I needed a high-end condo emptied of large, heavy pieces of furniture. Gator supplied the condo management with their insurance information and emptied the 15th floor apartment in excellent time. Gator Junk sent over 2 professional, strong, and courteous gentlemen to get the job done. We called around several services before settling on gator as they were the most cost effective and soonest to arrive. They got the job done faster than expected despite elevator issues. Look no further to find a reliable company that gets the work done timely and with great detail! I contacted Chris and he immediately replied that he'd come by to provide an estimate and he could pick up the trash by the end of the week. I was unsure if the county would pick up and we received a warning notice and Chris' team came out and cleaned it all up immediately on July 13th. Price was also extremely reasonable for work done. Highly recommend them!

Amazing company. They found me a time slot urgently when I most needed help and did a fantastic job, taking everything I pointed out and then some in order to clean up a garden for a home sale. Highly recommend these guys. Even the price was a pleasant surprise. I was uncertain after having been overcharged, some time ago, by another junk removal company I had chosen at random...but never again! You guys....Chris is a miracle worker! Very professional, fairly priced, and quick to the job. I had a horrible mess to deal with upon returning to my house after being gone for several weeks. I had called a handful of companies yesterday that either hung up on me, told me it would take them a week to get to me, told me it was not something they handled, or wanted to charge me an absurd amount! When I found Chris on yelp he was a pleasure. Within 24 hours he was able to get it resolved.

The people I contracted with to do a demo job left me with a GINORMOUS pile of trash in the back yard. I called Chris based on the excellent Yelp reviews and he got back to me right away. I was a little concerned because he was available within 24 hours, but he arrived on time and was polite and professional.
