At Midtown Express Pharmacy, we recognize that with medication as with clothes, one size does not fit all. A child needs a smaller dose than an adult; and even if your cat and dog weigh the same, their doses may be very different. Pharmacy compounding allows us to customize medications in unique dosage forms, using our extensive knowledge and special training and equipment not available at most pharmacies.
Your doctor gives you a prescription with special instructions that state, "Fill at a compounding Pharmacy". What does this mean? What is a compounding pharmacy? Where do I find one of those? Not all pharmacies compound medication. I've been using Midtown Express for several years since they are one of few compounding pharmacies in the area, and both my husband and I purchase compounded substances from them. I visited them a few times in person but don't recommend that as they are inside a hospital complex. I've gotten lost navigating my way from and to them, but then I've never done well with hospital complexes and their parking garages! Wow, this pharmacy is above the rest! Within a few minutes of me leaving my appointment Midtown Express called to give me thorough information on how to use my meds and to say they ship free of charge. Even better the very next day by 11am I had my meds complete with simple instruction. They even add a thank you card with step by step detail on how to leave a review on google. I wish more companies were this professional.

Hank has always been fantastic and in this day and age its impossible to find a Pharmacist who will take time to review any medication and answer any questions. You dont have many opportunities left to support a locally owned business who deserves the support and Midtown is that kind of place. Give them a chance and you will agree!

I had a very nice (and surprisingly fast) experience here at Midtown Express Pharmacy, they're very structured and well organized....but, what really sold me on becoming a returning customer was their friendly customer service. I belive the young ladies name was Lizzy, and with her work efficiency, small talk, and mannerisms, I think its safe to say she quite litterally "saved my life"
