We have used the Black Tie Valet for many years for our dry cleaning needs. and have been consistently delighted with their service. They are dependable and do amazing dry cleaning, as well as replacing buttons when needed and other repairs. Since the pandemic began, we have not needed as much cleaning as in the past, but they have been understanding and more than willing to work with us. In addition, they have always been incredibly flexible with their scheduling when we have needed a special pickup or a rush order. Although we rarely see them, when we do they are very friendly and easygoing.

Tyler and his team are amazing. I love their professionalism and reliability. have used them for about 5 years and never been happier. At first i wasn't sure if it was going to be "worth" it vs taking clothes to a cleaner myself.
Well that was quickly solved! The cost is the same and i get home delivery!
Once i had an item damaged and they went beyond my expectations to make things correct. Better than any other cleaner has ever done for me in decades. I recommend them without reservation. I gave them the code to my garage and trust them to pick up and drop off 100%.

I have been using Tyler and Black Tie Valet for several years now. Not having to worry about taking close to the cleaners and back to pick them up is amazing. I installed a rod on my porch and when I am not home they can hang the clothes there for me to take in later. And I can leave the bag they provide as well for pickup. If you want to remove one less hassle in your life I suggest signing up for their laundry/dry cleaning service.
