I have used National Title Company for refinancing of my home several times in the past twenty years. This place was horrible. My mortgage company and real estate broker recommended this company. When we bought our new house this company was responsible for paying our back taxes. They were late and we got a 10% late penalty. When I called to complain the secretary kept giggling and referring me back to the tax company. This company is based in montgomery county so you'd think they would know about late fees (since the business is based in the same county) yet somehow managed to ignore the fact that there is a penalty if you pay late or didn't care (The bill specifically gave due date but I guess
