My brothers Kevin and Kenny Frank own Frank's well drilling. They are amazing people and are very family oriented. That is why this family owned and operated business works so well. They understand their customers and their needs. Everyone needs water to survive and that is what they give. Natural water from gods green earth. The best water is natural well water.❤️❤️

Poor customer service. Scheduled appointment and received a call the day prior to appointment just to confirm. That is the last I heard from them. No one ever showed up or called to let me know what was going on. I called them at 1:00pm to see if anyone was still coming as I had someone at my house waiting for them all day. The girl said she would call the service manager and call me right back. Again, that was the last I heard from anyone. I called at 4:25 and they were already closed after advertising that they are open until 4:30. I left a message and called it a day. The next morning a girl

This company originally dug our well when the house was built 22 years ago. The pump gave out about 10 years ago and they were out right away to fix it at a reasonable cost. Several weeks ago, a tree fell right on top of the well stem and broke the cap. They came out to check it right away and we had to wait until the tree was able to be removed before they could fix it. They are very good to work with and I will be pleased to work with them anytime we need well services. The lady I spoke with was very nice and professional.

Rude: The lady that answered the phone was not pleasant. Put up help wanted ads to hire more people so you can perform the duties that you described on your website.

They did a great job at a very reasonable price! I highly recommend Franks!!

Called Franks about no water at a house I manage. They went to the house and made the repair, then expected me (the landlord) to pay over $2200!!! My first question was why didn’t you call me to get permission to spend that kind of money! I manage a lot of homes, and deal with a lot of contractors... contractors worth anything know to get permission before spending someone else’s money. Bob, the owner, was not willing to budge at all. He did say he would come remove the pump. So, beware.... if you call Franks, make sure to tell them they are not authorized to spend any money... just get a quote

Called with an issue and everyone ...from the person answering the phone to the Tech that helped..were excellent. I can not say enough good things about this company..
