The two technicians came out to us after having a long, difficult day but treated our problem as if we had been their only customers that day. They came out when we were at a critical time with our well the well went down and we own several properties that were all connected to the same well and they had us fixed in no time. They had no problem coming out immediately and had everything up and running as fast as possible. They were very understanding in the fact that we were in a dire situation. They were so respectful and helpful great people done a great job!

I used Morgan Well and pump to drill an Irrigation well and install a constant pressure pump. Brittany in the office was very prompt in communicating and got the answers to all of my questions. Chris and his crew drilled my well and kept the slurry mess from the hole contained and Derrell and a helper installed my pump and tank professionally. Everyone kept me updated throughout the process and all of the family and employees were great to talk to. Everyone was family, even a employee told me that he was treated like family and really loved working for the company. The pricing seemed reasonable

Our water pump and filter broke and leaked on a Sunday. Called several plumbers and got insane quotes.
Side note, it's a little cruel to charge extra on weekends when people don't have essential items like running water...extortion! Not to mention leaving the customer like they got taken advantage of and probably won't be return customers.

We recently had water issues - we have a community well that began to have some issues. We have lived in our home since 1965 and periodically had some minor well issues but this time was different. We call Morgan Well and ask them to take a look. They were very prompt in coming to investigate and made a minor repair but in the meantime we realized we had a break in one of the water lines (4 houses on this well). When explained and asked for advice Morgan was quick to tell us that the lines would require a plumber and they did not charge us for the minor repair saying we had bigger issues.

Without a doubt very professional helpful people I would recommend to call them before calling anyone else I called about getting a new well drilled in but they were able to get my well to work. I couldn't be happier with the work done by Morgan Well and Pump. I have a very old well and had lost water. They came out quickly, diagnosed, and then fixed the problem. They also looked over the other parts of the system and replaced other worn parts to prevent future breakdowns. I would totally recommend them and use them again!

My old well was silting in necessitating the change of my whole house water filter about every 3-4 days. In the past I changed the filter about every 6 months and often it didn't look bad. Recently, every time the filter was changed it looked like an orange paint roller, totally covered in silt, we had no water pressure and the water was orange, even with a 1 micron filter.

We were not only their professionalism and responsiveness, but we were also impressed by how honest Mike the owner was. Integrity means a lot. Mike could have easily told us we needed a new well which is what we thought and had asked for a quote for. Instead he told us the thought they could fix our problems. His team did for about one-third of the price of a new well. He also stuck to his original quote for the job. Months of aggravation were resolved in less than 24 hours. We highly recommend this company.

This company is top notch. First they were on time. Second that they took time to trouble shoot the problem. Then gave me my options with a reasonable price and quickly got my system up and running better than it has ever run. Joe and Bobby were the service techs that showed up. Worked great as a team. Some of the best team work ive ever seen. They even didnt mind that i stayed around to watch and they help answer and questions i had. Imagine it is 2 days before Thanksgiving and suddenly you do not have any water..how could the timing be any worse. That is what happened to me this year. Two days before Thanksgiving I discover I did not have water and had no clue why. And to make matters worse I am new to the Concord/Kannapolis area, so I had no idea who to call.
