Happy Wok

Not very good. Fried wonton was so overcooked to almost burnt they were un-edible. Lo mean noodles tasted like spaghetti noodles, also overcooked. We are not very happy.The order was on time.

I usually don't write reviews but the food from this establishment was so bad I barely could eat half of it without throwing it away which is quite rare for me (ill eat almost anything). I ordered the general tsos chicken and a side of beef fried rice. The general tsos was oily, very dark meat that was stringy and dry. The sauce used for it was definitely made either that morning or days before because it was almost coagulated in texture. The beef fried rice had no flavor whatsoever and then rice itself was not fried at all, it looked like they took steamed rice and mixed in a little soy sauce

It was reasonably priced. I think who is the cook determines how good the food is. Not sure if they each take turns cooking in the kitchen.

First time ordering from this establishment. Everything was perfect. Neatly packed and sealed cartons. Food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Chinese food and cuisine. Thank you for your great service.

Stopped in only to find due to safety precautions there was no dine in😕 We got our food to go and it was So Tasty, shrimp and veg stir fry w/ fried rice and a general Tsos, 2 spring rolls. I appreciate the fact that their sauce isn't as salty as a lot of Chinese I've had, lots of flavour just not drown in too salty sauce. My companion said the Tsos was really good too. I'm a fan of spring rolls and Happy Woks did not disappoint, although cabbage part of the filling I found more soggy than I like. Give Happy Woks a try I bet you'll like it🙂

Really great customer service the food was good better than most around that I've had. Great portions. Orange chicken had a very interesting orange flavor.... I probably won't order that again. The general tso was good not really spicy at all. The vegetable lo mein was good. It has a strong sauce on it that was good but seemed like a little much. Food was ready and waiting when I got there to pick it up. Packed neatly with more options to grab extra sauce and silverware. Stayed hot all the way home.

Fast and courteous delivery service but not too impressed with the food: Beef and vegetables wasn't too bad but not much beef and no sauce. We couldn't find any chicken in the Chicken Fried Rice (literally no chicken!) and the House Special Fried rice was 99% rice and 1% bits of shrimp and vegetables. Probably the worst fried rice I've ever experienced. Hot & Sour soup is really good though and the Spring Rolls are nice.

Called and placed order. Was told 20-minutes. Showed up 25-minutes later, at which time they started my order, which took a bit over 20-minutes. If you’re not going to start an order until someone gets there, let them know. I HATE BEING LIED TO!!!

We’ve been ordering from here since we moved back to Erie almost three years ago. Never had a problem until last night. We ordered online for delivery and the website estimated delivery qt 6:49PM.
At 7:15 I called to see if our order was ok. It was almost 7:25 before the busy signal on the number stopped. The person who answered the phone took our… address and said the food was out for delivery. At 7:45 I tried to call again, but this time the phone rang with no answer to repeated calls until after 8:00. The same employee answered and then put us on hold.

Hey! The Happy Wok was closed for a while, but they are back. When I go for Chinese food in Erie, PA I go there. Food great! So they don't have dine in because of C-19. Like that's news? Wah! Do you need a hanky??? I recommend them most high.

Very impressed. Stopped for a quick lunch ... Definitely exceeded my expectations! I think I paid $5.50 for general tso ...served on a real plate... bonus points for not using single use containers. I'll be back soon.

They have new stuff about family combo！ come with 1.General tso's chicken (large) 2.Chicken broccoli (small) 3.Roast pork fried rice(large) 4.Sweet sour chicken (small) 5.Crab Rangoon (8 pieces) Also plus 2 liter soda ? unbelievable only 29.75 ! Amazing

Best Chinese in town! Excellent service in terms of kindness, and feeling welcome. Freshest food I have ever had from a Chinese restaurant! The wait times are a little longer as a result, and the eat-in is small and unflattering. But where the light shines here is the food, and the staff. I can't say enough positive things about either! 5/5 stars and more if I could! Try their milk teas too - they will pleasantly surprise you! My husband and I are Happy Wok fans for life, and we have converted many friends and family too! Won't you be next? You won't regret it!

Had to wait an hour and a half for delivery and I live less than 2 miles from happy wok!!! Then the driver says he just got to work half an hour after I placed my order.. no delivery drivers?? And to top it off the driver had no pen for me to sign receipt and had to wait for him to go back to his car for a pen! Never again

Amazing food! Definitely my favorite Chinese food in Erie! The wonton soup is amazing and so is the orange chicken. and they deliver all the way to Lawrence Park!!!

Great food! Great service! Always hot and delicious! Very accommodating! Only place we go anymore!
