If you've gotten this far, It's only right I give you a little more information about myself, why I started this practice, and how my journey continues. For as long as I can remember, I've felt a connection to something deeper than myself - a strange sense of inner guidance difficult to explain.
At difficult moments in my life, whether it was at moments of terrible heartache, challenging life decisions, or moments of loss, I always found a profound sense of comfort and clarity of purpose when receiving Reiki.I felt called to the practice and when a family member was diagnosed with terminal Cancer there was no better reason to get certified.

Yisbel is one of the most intuitive and nurturing healers I’ve come across - if you’re looking for a geniun person to guide you, look no futher. She creates a safe, heart centered and warm space to support you in the most thoughtful ways possible. When in my lowest moment, she was there to listen and offer her gift of healing. I’ve been receiving Reiki treatments from Yisbel twice a month for about 3 months now to help with my anxiety and depression. I went to her feeling very distressed and working on some very old wounds. Her capacity to create a warm, loving and comfortable atmosphere was amazing, there’s an immediate difference in the way I feel just walking in through the door. I was skeptical before my first session but left with so much relief that I kept going back. After working with her on several occasions, I've definitely felt anxieties and my negative thoughts subsiding.

This pandemic really hit me hard, I was seriously struggling with obsessive thoughts, feeling unworthy, and lacked a sense of direction. I had a friend tell me about reiki before so I searched and found Inner Spectrum Healing; I felt healing and relief the moment I walked in the door.
